This is one of those tours where you will be able to see the Glamorous side of Miami, the one we are used to seeing in the movies and TV. The tour starts at Collins Avenue (Millionaire’s Rd) where each year the Annual Boat Show takes place. As we head North we drive along Surfside, where one can admire the first sites constructed that took place in Miami and at the same time you will be able to see the difference between the first motel built in Florida and the urban impact with new ocean front sky liners built in the last few years. Afterwards, we will visit Bal Harbour (Luxury Fashion Shopping Mall) and continue towards Haulover Marina, preferred spot by tourist for deep sea fishing, and famous for its fishing fleets and scenic views.
Finally, we will see the 2 highest ranked Real Estate zones: Sunny Isles Beach (luxurious oceanfront hotels and condominiums such as Acqualina, Acqualina Mansions, Jade Signature & Porsche Design). Also, the Town of Golden Beach, the only place in Miami where home owners get to enjoy the ocean in their private setting.
Lunch or dinner optional at the Hard Rock Cafe (Bayside) or Pappa E Ciccia (South Beach).
Con questa escursione si potra’ vedere la Miami del Glamour, quella che siamo abituati a vedere in TV. Si parte da Collins Avenue (Millionaires Row) dove si svolge una volta all’anno lo Yacht Show, e si prosegue verso nord per arrivare a Surfside dove si trovano le prime costruzioni di Miami e dove si notera’ la differenza tra i primi motel costruiti in Florida e l’impatto con i grattacieli costruiti negli ultimi anni sul mare.
Si prosegue verso la marina di Haulover, posto scelto dal turista per partire per la pesca d’altura di Mahi Mahi e Marlin.
